Prepping and Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare a baking dish that can hold the stuffed bell peppers.
- Slice off the tops of the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- Rinse the peppers and set them aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until they become fragrant and translucent.

- Place the stuffed bell peppers in the baking dish. If there is any remaining stuffing, you can spread it around the bell peppers in the baking dish. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the bell peppers are tender.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5-10 minutes to lightly brown the tops of the stuffed bell peppers.
- Once cooked, remove the stuffed bell peppers from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
