- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Red pepper flakes for heat
- Optional: Nutritional yeast or vegan parmesan for topping
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta: Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta water.
